Individual Regular Member — US$55 per calendar year (US$70 per calendar year for addresses outside the USA, Canada & Mexico)

Institutional Member — US$110 per calendar year for USA addresses (US$125 per calendar year for addresses outside the USA, Canada & Mexico)

Supporting Member — US$150 per calendar year for USA addresses (US$165 per calendar year for addresses outside the USA, Canada & Mexico)
